Grey Advantage differs from traditional business advisory roles in that it does not seek to leverage teams of less experienced or junior consultants to complete project tasks. Our Consultants have operated at a Partner level in a ‘Big 4’ Accounting Firm or Senior Executive Service (SES) Officer level in the public sector. This ensures that work is of the highest professional standard at all times.

David Robjent
David over 27 years professional experience. He is a
highly experienced business adviser who specializes in program and project assurance, strategic procurement, shared services, baseline costing and change hasmanagement.

 

 

Prior to establishing Grey Advantage, David was a Partner and Leader of Ernst & Young’s government advisory group.

Katrina Lambert
Katrina has over 15 years professional experience both in Australia, as a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young and internationally as an Associate Partner with the Hay Consulting Group. She has a strong understanding of the Australian public sector having started her career as a human resource manager with the Department of Defence. Katrina specializes in strategic planning, organizational development and communications. At Hay Group in London she led a consultancy team of thirty consultants.

Ian Fisher
Ian has over 27 years professional experience as a Partner in Ernst & Young and most recently as an Executive Consultant with Grey Advantage. His impressive list of credentials include development of the Federal Governments ICT Business Case Framework; Development of the business case to create a whole of Government corporate services platform for the Singapore Government; Development of financial and benefits material and coordination of technical inputs for the Australian Government On-line Services Portal (AGOSP) ICT Business Case for the Department of Finance; and Re-development of the BETR SAP ERP business case for the Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO).

Anita Bryant
Anita is an experienced business analyst who specialises in business process analysis and financial modelling. Anita was previously a member of the GST Task Force in the Australian Taxation Office where she was engaged in writing GST rulings for large entities. She has also worked for 7 years in the GST compliance division of the ATO where she was responsible for leading GST audit and compliance reviews of large private sector organisations. Her work included financial modelling of GST implications of specific revenue measures and alternative compliance arrangements for the collection of GST. Prior to joining Grey Advantage Anita was a senior analyst with the ACCC where she was responsible for developing data collection templates and financial models to support regulatory pricing reviews for the Australian Energy Regulator. Anita is a qualified CPA.
