Grey Advantage is committed to the provision of quality services that are tailored to the specific needs of our clients. All team members play a vital role in ensuring that quality is built into our work practices and through a process of continuous improvement ensuring that projects are delivered on time in the required locations.

Our practice incorporates the same quality systems and training procedures that are typically adopted by the “big 4” professional services firms. We pride ourselves on innovation and the timeliness of response that we are able to provide our clients, which is facilitated by the day-to-day “hands on” involvement of our CEO and principal consultants.

Grey Advantage is a member practice of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Membership of the ICAA provides Grey Advantage with access to:

• Specialised, professional tools, latest insights and news on all accounting topics, updates to relevant accounting standards and changes to legislation;
• Books, articles, business & accounting databases, and library & research services relating to a full range of accounting, auditing, financial, risk and performance improvement topics;
• Formal technical and leadership training programs including expert updates, technical seminars, products, tools and tailored training programs;
• Recruitment and employment policies and procedures.

All our staff have furthered their professional qualifications by obtaining membership of a recognised professional body or by obtaining a relevancy postgraduate qualification. Staff are required to attend a minimum of 20 hours continuing professional development each year. In addition, a range of in-house training is provided on relevant strategic planning, evaluation, costing and strategic procurement topics.

Although we have only been established for a relatively short time, our achievements have been recognised by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, which profiled our practice in Charter, its national magazine.
